A Company Defining the Future of Analog Solutions

QuantalRF® is reinventing the analog RF front-end

to power a new era of intelligent, hyper-connected systems.

Rooted in deep semiconductor innovation, we’ve developed a new class of RF front-end solutions that radically improve power efficiency, linearity, cost, and integration – by rethinking analog and RF design from the ground up.

At the core of our technology is an intelligent, adaptive RF architecture – mathematically derived and guided by data-driven optimization – built entirely in standard CMOS RF-SOI. QuantalRF is the industry’s first to achieve a fully monolithic front-end design in CMOS RF-SOI, integrating all essential RF functions – including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, tunable filtering, switching, and matching – on a single die. Combined with our proprietary DockOn® CPL antenna technology, this platform enables high-performance wireless systems that consume significantly less power, occupy less space, and eliminate the need for digital correction.

Our silicon-proven platform, backed by more than 200 global patents, has already attracted major partners across smartphones, access points, IoT, and satellite communications. With a growing portfolio of licensing and co-development agreements, we are now scaling rapidly into commercial deployment.

Global Locations

Headquartered in Zürich Switzerland with operations in the U.S. and Sweden, our vision is bold and global: to become the leading RF front-end platform for Wi-Fi, satellite, 5G and AI – powering the wireless future with unmatched energy and spectrum efficiency. By addressing the escalating power and bandwidth crisis in connected devices, QuantalRF is enabling scalable, sustainable wireless networks capable of supporting the next generation of intelligent, autonomous systems worldwide.

“We’re not chasing speed. We’re defining it.”
